Prices
The prices for renting the entire hostel depend upon the type of group making the booking, with discounted rates available for Bury-based groups, Youth Groups and Registered Charities.
The hostel is hired on an exclusive-use basis. Prices are per night for the whole hostel, not per person.
Category A
Bury-based youth groups
For schools, colleges, universities, Bury Scouts, Bury Young Carers, Bury Duke of Edinburgh groups, Bury children’s organisations, youth groups, sports clubs and youth probation services.
Friday and Saturday: £125 per night
Sunday to Thursday: £115 per night
Category C
Bury-based adult groups and charities outside Bury
For Bury-based adult groups and organisations and charitable organisations based outside Bury such as RAF associations, mountain rescue groups and church groups.
Friday and Saturday: £270 per night
Sunday to Thursday: £200 per night
Category B
Youth and educational groups outside Bury, and Bury-based charities
For youth or educational establishments based outside Bury, and charitable organisations based within Bury.
Friday and Saturday: £210 per night
Sunday to Thursday: £185 per night
Category D
Non-Bury-based adult groups and organisations
For other adult groups and organisations based outside Bury.
Friday and Saturday: £370 per night
Sunday to Thursday: £280 per night

The charges include use of all facilities including central heating, cooking and lighting costs. Any damages must be paid for.
We may be able to offer assistance to groups in the Bury Metropolitan Council area who require support. To see if your group might be eligible please contact the Bookings Secretary.

A booking deposit of £100 for short-stay bookings or £250 for 7 nights or more is required. No booking will be confirmed unless the deposit has been paid to the “Bury Jubilee O.P.C.”. The balance is due 5 weeks before the first day of use, as set out in the “Terms & Conditions of Hire”. Any damages will be charged at cost.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings are subject to acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Hire and the leader/hirer confirms that the information supplied is correct.
